What to write to us about
- Bugs and problems. Tell us the game, your device and browser, and what happened. You can also use the Report Bug button inside a game while signed in.
- Payments and plans. Include the receipt number shown after you send your payment, and the email address of your PixelGaunt account.
- Publishing questions. See the Publish page and the Developer Agreement, or email us.
- Copyright or content concerns. If you believe a game on PixelGaunt uses your work without permission, or breaks our rules, email us with the game name, a link and a short explanation. We review these promptly and remove content that should not be there.
- Privacy requests. To see, correct or delete your data, email us from your account email address. See our Privacy Policy.
- Business and collaboration. Partnerships, press and sponsorship enquiries are welcome.
